The City of Tampa’s Homeowners’s Night is happening next weekend and all homeowners interested in starting home improvement projects are encouraged to attend. Hosted by the City of Tampa’s Development Services, it’s an opportunity for residents with to meet with staff at a time that may be more convenient for them.

Tampa’s Homeowner’s Night

On Tuesday, May 17, homeowners who are planning to begin home improvement projects and need more information on code requirements or the permitting process, are invited to meet with Development & Growth Management staff, one-on-one and in-person, during the extended hours of 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

“It’s our goal to ensure all Tampanians, and in this case, homeowners, have easy and friendly access to their city services,” said Mayor Jane Castor. “We always work to improve the customer experience, and especially now, as our housing market tightens, and interest in home renovation projects rises, we want to assist residents through the permitting process as efficiently as possible.”
