The Tampa Convention Center has released new, updated renderings of its renovated facade. The upgrades are a part of the $38 million Capital Improvement Campaign, which is well underway in the construction phase.

The facade of that is receiving an update is the face of that overlooks the Tampa Riverwalk. Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. has designed the modern look. The facade also includes a new addition of space. It will add another 18,000 square feet of meeting space. That space includes 18 new waterfront meeting rooms, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking views of the Garrison Channel in Downtown Tampa.

Construction of these new waterfront meeting rooms is making progress and projected to be completed in 2023. Installation of the roof on the addition is nearly complete, as is the installation of the window glass.
The Capital Improvement Plan is going to result in better customer experience, increased efficiency, and cost savings.
