Victorian Christmas Stroll Coming To Henry B. Plant Museum

Tampa’s favorite holiday tradition returns with the 41st Annual Victorian Christmas Stroll! What began 40 years ago as a small celebration of Christmas lights has grown into one of Tampa’s most popular holiday attractions. Visitors and residents can enjoy the magic of Christmas past, with a month-long display of extravagance at the Henry P. Plant Museum. 

The Victorian Christmas Stroll

With a variety of delightful themes and displays in each exhibit room, the 41st Annual Victorian Christmas Stroll is guaranteed to be packed this year. Antique ornament displays, dazzling lights, and complimentary Christmas snacks are all available at the Henry B. Plant Museum. It is a perfect family-friendly evening to get everyone in the holiday spirit. 

Visitors can enjoy an early and less crowded view of decorations between November 19–30 (closed Mondays and Thanksgiving). The full Victorian Christmas Stroll experience will be available December 1–December 23 from 10 am–8 pm daily.

  • Date: Early Access November 19–30; full display Dec 1, 2022 – Dec 23, 2022
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Admissions: Adults – $18, Seniors – $16, Youth – $12; Last tickets sold 30 minutes before closing.
  • Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
  • Parking is available immediately in front of the Museum.  If all these spots are full, there is a free parking garage, the Thomas Parking Garage, that is about a 5 minute walk through the University of Tampa campus.  For a link to the campus map click here.
  • Designated spaces are located next to ramps at the north end of Plant Hall and at the back of the building for visitors with disabilities.

The Stroll celebrates the warmth and spirit of an old-fashioned holiday, while encouraging a sense of community. Complimentary cider and cookies will be served on the veranda each day while live holiday music is presented through various acts sponsored by the museum. The Museum gift shop will also be open and features beautiful holiday gifts and stocking stuffers for the season. 

Proceeds from the Victorian Christmas Stroll fund museum restoration and preservation projects, as well as educational programming.
