CareerSource Hillsborough Pinellas (CSHP) will host a veteran hiring event in Tampa in conjunction with James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The event will be held on Wednesday, August 28, 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at CSHP’s Tampa Center.
This event aims to connect Veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses with top employers eager to hire from this talented pool of candidates.
The Hiring Event will include 40 employers in attendance with nearly 1,000 positions. These employers will have positions available for part-time and full-time opportunities.
Employers from different industries will have various openings in the following sectors:
- Information Technology
- Healthcare
- Financial & Professional Services
- Hospitality
- Retail & Tourism
- Construction
- Transportation & Logistics
- Manufacturing

Job seekers must register to participate in the Hiring Event. Job seekers will also have an opportunity to create a profile to include uploading a resume.
