Altura Bayshore Opens Sales Gallery at Bay to Bay

Construction is well underway at the Altura Bayshore. Because of a large amount of interest, many residences have already been sold. However, there are still some residences available and those interested can check out a sales gallery at 3106 W. Bay to Bay. The sales gallery features a full-scale model of the tower, a model bath, model kitchen and fixture selections. There are also agents from real estate broker Smith & Associates Real Estate for those interested in buying property.

What is a sales gallery?

A sales gallery is a way for potential buyers to see models, pictures, and even full-scale examples of the home they might purchase. The 2,300-square-foot gallery for Altura Bayshore features virtual reality software that lets buyers choose and experience their particular residence. There’s also a full-size model kitchen complete with the Thermador appliances and luxurious cabinet packages offered. In addition, a full-size bathroom with marble vanities and a soaking tub is available to walk through.

“The Altura gallery is a wonderful place for our buyers to come and experience a preview of all the amazing features, amenities and views they will enjoy here,” said The Ronto Group Owner Anthony Solomon. “The Altura location provides our residents with so much to offer in South Tampa just steps from Bayshore Boulevard, with wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes and more–all close enough for easy access to downtown, while also enjoying privacy and wonderful water views.”

Due to interest in the tower, several floors have only a few residences left. Construction crews are now significantly underway on the main condo tower, assembling structural walls, concrete pillars and a private parking garage for owners.

The layout of Altura Bayshore

Altura Bayshore will be a 23-story tower overlooking Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard. Residences range from $1,749,000 to $3,895,000 for the various homes spanning 2,176 to 3,575 square feet. Many rooms offer “thru” floor plans that include window and balcony views on both sides of the building so residents can see sunrises to the east and sunsets to the west.

The first three levels of the tower have a private lobby, reception area, and welcome concierge desk. An access-controlled, resident-only parking garage provides privacy and security, as well as electric vehicle charging options. Condo owners will have a 4th level owner-only amenity deck that includes a dog park, pickleball courts, bocce courts, outdoor pavilion, and fitness room.
