The plan to live a healthier life is at the top of the list once again. In fact, the top three resolutions for 2023 are:

- Lose weight

High inflations and its effects on people are also playing a big part in people’s resolutions. Therefore the resolution to save more money comes in rank 4. There are also some classic ones like spending more time with family/friends and cutting back on social media. Also, almost 20 percent of Americans want to decrease on-the-job stress.
Some of the less popular resolutions deal with reducing alcohol and cigarette intake. Also, 10 percent of respondents say they want to do more for the environment, like becoming a vegetarian or vegan.
