CareerSource to Host Finance and Hospitality Career Fair

CareerSource Pinellas and St. Petersburg College will host a career fair to connect local talent to opportunities in the business, finance and hospitality industries in Pinellas County on March 29.

Who will be at the career fair?

The industries represented at the event are among the most significant to Pinellas County’s economic and workforce development efforts. According to Pinellas County Economic Development, the average annual wage for the business and financial services industry locally is approximately $76,000. 

The Pinellas County financial services industry has an outsized presence on the 23-county Florida High Tech Corridor, with one-sixth of all financial services employees along the corridor concentrated in Pinellas County. Additionally, according to Visit St. Pete/Clearwater, the tourism and hospitality industry employs one in every 10 local residents.
