Starting today, the St. Pete community is invited to give feedback on the four proposals submitted for the Historic Gas Plant District Redevelopment Project. The proposals are from Plus One, Hines & Tampa Bay Rays, Restoration Associates, and Sugar Hill Community Partners. Submissions by individuals, organizations and businesses will be considered by St. Petersburg Mayor Kenneth T. Welch, who will select the developer by the end of January.
The city will accept responses from the public through Monday, January 23, 2023.
