Today, community members of Port Charlotte, Blue Sky Communities, CASL had an official ribbon-cutting ceremony for Jacaranda Place. These residential apartments offer 88 units to rent. The $20.2M project was funded by partners including:

The Jacaranda Place apartments are located at 1250 Loveland Blvd in Port Charlotte. The project prioritizes housing for individuals with disabling conditions and those experiencing homelessness.
