A local golf company in Tampa has acquired three new properties. Links Golf has taken over these locations from Cabot Group of Canada. Links plans to restore these golf clubs to the highest quality and hopes to improve and elevate the experience for golfers.

The three properties include:

Links Golf is led by former PGA Member/Club Pro Scott Yates and his wife Penny Parks. Yates has served as the department head, head golf professional and general manager at nine different golf properties in Florida. Parks is the founder and president of Links Financial. She is also one of the founders of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, now the LPGA Amateur Golf Association, and a board member of the Tampa Sports Authority, which manages Tampa’s municipal golf courses.

“I am excited to lead the efforts to restore these storied golf courses and clubs to the high quality the membership and community deserve,” said Yates, in a statement. “Penny and I look forward to creating the best golf experience
possible, in Florida.”

Links Golf took over operations for these properties on July 14.
