Pendry Reaches $200 Million in Sales

The Pendry Residences Tampa continues to secure record-breaking commitments from future residents. This hotel and residential tower in downtown Tampa, now has residential sales exceeding $200 million. Buyers drawn to the Pendry are able to choose from a wide variety of floor levels and unique layouts, including several penthouse residences on the top floors of the 37-story tower.
