What is SHINE Mural Festival?

The annual SHINE Mural Festival illuminates the power of art in public spaces. The murals are not only a unique piece of art but also help revitalize areas, inspire dialogue, and unite the community. By using the walls and streets as canvas, SHINE transforms the shared spaces of St. Pete into a world-class outdoor gallery. The murals are created by top contemporary local, national, and international artists. Produced by the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance, SHINE has created over 100 murals throughout downtown and the surrounding arts districts since 2015.
