Tampa Residence Building Does $75 Million in Sales in Under Two Months

A new luxury hotel and residential tower in downtown Tampa is experiencing impressive demand. Pendry Residences Tampa, has seen future residents sign contracts worth more than $75 million in the last 45 days. The building is located on Ashley Drive and has a waterfront spot on Tampa’s celebrated Riverwalk. A formal groundbreaking will happen this summer, with substantial completion of the Pendry Residences in the spring of 2025 timed to the opening of the hotel.

Pendry Tampa will feature 220 guestrooms and suites, as well as 207 Pendry Residences where homeowners will have a private residential lobby, elevator, and rooftop pool. Residents will have full access to an array of hotel services and amenities, including a dedicated residential staff, luxury turn-key ownership, including asset preservation, property management, and personalized experiences.

Located on the highest floors of the hotel, the residences will offer fully serviced living with modern designed homes ranging from one to three-bedrooms featuring expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces, starting in the $900,000s.
